The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with many attractions within close proximity.- One of the best things about our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served. The pancakes and Armenia style french toast were simply amazing.
We had to share the bathroom during our stay. Although we never had to wait, it was a bit inconvenient.

We had an amazing time in this guesthouse during our New Year trip. the warm welcome from the hosts made us feel like we were visiting family. the location couldn't be better, just a few steps away from all the main attractions. the breakfast was the best part of our stay, we loved the freshly made pancakes and the Armenia style french toast. the pool was a perfect way to cool down after a day of sightseeing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, Rafael, Tatev, and Alex, made me feel right at home. They were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool, which was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring this city. The location was also excellent, as it was very close to the center of the city, allowing me to easily walk to all the main attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided by Tatev was absolutely delicious and a highlight of my stay.
